For years, I struggled with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from my own body. After my first pregnancy, I faced gestational diabetes, prediabetes, and significant weight gain. Every step forward felt like an uphill battle. There were moments of doubt, setbacks, and challenges that tested my strength, but I refused to give up. Through education, consistency, and determination, I transformed my health and discovered the power of sustainable habits.
Then came my second pregnancy. Once again, I found myself rebuilding from the ground up—this time dealing with excess weight and diastasis recti. But something had changed. I had already built the foundation. I understood my body, trusted the process, and knew that lasting results come from discipline, not quick fixes. What once felt impossible became achievable because I had the knowledge and confidence to navigate the journey.
That experience ignited a purpose far greater than my own transformation. What began as a personal passion evolved into SHO Fitness—a place where I help others break through limitations, rebuild confidence, and create lifelong change.
